比赛当天，奥体中心热闹非凡，参加比赛的30支舞队在此一展绰约舞姿!进入比赛环节后，代表队依次亮相，时髦的大叔大妈们用精彩的表演，给现场的观众和评委留下了深刻的印象。

当日参加比赛的选手，全是此前经过组委会层层筛选、脱颖而出的优秀代表队。经过激烈的比拼，最终遵义澜湖舞蹈1队表演的《丽江情缘》脱颖而出，获得了当天比赛的特等奖，芳华舞蹈队表演的《锣鼓喧天欢聚一堂》荣获一等奖，铁木兰舞蹈队表演的《扇舞飞扬》荣获二等奖。

以上选手不仅获得了组委会提供的丰厚大奖，还携手晋级将于12月5-8日在北京举办的健康中国行-2019全国广场健身操舞运动会年度总决赛，其余选手将与此前未进入30强的选手一起进入网络赛区复活赛，通过大众网络投票决出2支人气王代表队，和城市晋级赛前3强一起进入年度总决赛。

尤其值得一提的是，遵义赛区的比赛由趣头条和福特汽车联合冠名，福特汽车也升级成为本届大赛的唯一指定用车。在接下来全国其它城市的比赛中，福特汽车将会提供全程助力，为赛事增添新的活力。
